Hampton Inn Sioux Falls - Hayward Addition

Absolute Kudo's to desk staff Kristine! We were coming back from a hunting trip and needed some dry ice. As we were having some trouble locating I called ahead and Kristine offered assistance, took my number, researched and was able to get us exactly what we needed for the ride home- Way above and beyond! Excellent customer service

The location was easy and nice, very close to grocery store, and restaurants and the highway. The outstanding service and the attention to detail! All in all - we appreciated this place & would stay there again.

The staff was super friendly and outgoing. My executive king room with a sofa bed was impressively clean and spacious, perfect for relaxation. It's conveniently located near plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast in the morning was delicious too, with a variety of options including fresh pastries.

The nearby interstate was a bit noisy at times.

housekeeping and front desk staff were very loud (talking, laughing etc.) Staff were not dressed and groomed well.

It's a little tricky finding the hotel at first.

The staff provided really good service, keeping everything clean and cute. The location offered great access to restaurants. The noise from the interstate was a slight distraction, but it didn't overshadow my positive experience overall.

The lobby features inviting warm tones and unique artwork in the room numbers. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including tasty smoothies and ample seating in a spacious dining area.

Rooms suffer from noticeable wear. Bathrooms show their age with peeling wallpaper and tiles needing re-grouting. The nearby interstate can be intrusive, especially for those sensitive to noise. Finding available parking spots proved tricky due to several large shipping containers hogging space, which might be frustrating during busy times.

Had a blast with friends exploring Falls Park and hiking nearby trails. The room was fresh and clean, and checking in was easy. We really enjoyed the comfy beds and the big-screen TV. Definitely recommend it for a group getaway!

Wi-fi was a bit slow , especially when we tried to connect multiple devices.

My room was clean with comfortable bedding, and I appreciated the nice toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was excellent, with tasty options like bacon and omelets. I did encounter some noise disturbances from the room above me, a bit annoying. The breakfast staff was somewhat rude when asking my daughter to move. Instead of a polite request, the staff member came off as abrupt and inconsiderate, disappointing. The location had nearby dining and shopping options. This hotel met my needs but could improve staff courtesy.

More accessible seating in the rooms would help.

Conveniently located along the interstate, our enormous Queen Room was impressively clean and well-lit. The staff stood out for being friendly and outgoing. Breakfast offered standard fare, including daily fresh fish, a pleasant surprise. While some traffic noise was noticeable at night, it didn't significantly disrupt our overall experience. Dining options nearby were plentiful.
